Portfolio walkthrough for Mark
For Rob · Wed 4 Nov 2026 · about 15 minutes
Go down this page in order. Grey boxes show what's on screen, using the exact labels you'll see. Red boxes are what to say. Black boxes are what to ask Mark.
Before you start
- Open cosmicwire-reports.pages.dev/portfolio-2026-11-03 and sign in before the meeting: any username, same password as before.
- Share only that tab.
1. What it is 1 min
"This is every project in one place, built from our tracker sheet. It updates from the sheet every 10 minutes, so it's always current. It's the first version of what goes into Sohum's wiki."
2. Health, and why it's mostly Amber 3 min
"Health works itself out. Red means a date has passed or there's a real blocker. Amber means a date is missing. Almost everything is Amber because we added the target completion date you asked for today, and most projects don't have one yet. As the dates go in, this becomes a true picture of what's on track."
"This shows exactly what each owner still has to fill in."
"Who should set target dates for the 31 active projects, and by when?"
3. Slice by type and market 3 min
"These are the Type and Vertical columns you asked for. Vinson did a first pass from HubSpot, and a few need your call."
"Four I'd like your view on: is BAIT Telecommunications or Retail? Assurant, Banking and Insurance or Telecommunications? Intel is down as Manufacturing, but the use case is finance. And Lidl and Revolut come through HubSpot as mobile leads."
4. What needs attention now 3 min
"Seven projects are Red: Zambia Trade, Hypertune, Defense project 01, Walmart / BAIT, Welltower, AT&T Mexico and Delos. Each row shows the blocker or what's overdue."
"This is the accountability view: what's late, and what's due in the next two weeks. Once target dates are in, 'Slipped' will show any date that moved, and by how much."
5. One project 2 min
"Every project has a page like this: the next action and who owns it, engineering status, the dates, the builds from Sohum's wiki, and the HubSpot deal and Linear project at the bottom."
6. Builds 2 min
"This lines up what engineering has built against our projects. 13 builds have no project row, and 16 active projects have no build yet."
"Of the active projects without a build, which need one next?"
7. What's next 1 min
"Sohum is building this into his wiki, with a first version by Fri 13 Nov. Until then the sheet stays where we edit. Access will be all or nothing per person, and I'll send the list: at most directors, VPs and above."
What to get from Mark
- Who sets target completion dates for the 31 active projects, and by when.
- His calls on the uncertain verticals.
- Data centres: which buyer his first data centre meeting is with, and the date for the first demo.
- The new sports teams he mentioned, with the Bears first, and an agreement that new projects come to you so the tracker stays current.
- The Lidl demo pencilled for the week of 9 Nov: is it still on?
If Mark asks
- "Does it sync with HubSpot?"
- "Not today. HubSpot stays where deals live. A sensible next step is a one-way pull of stage, close date and NDA status from HubSpot into the tracker, so they're only entered once."
- "Can I edit here?"
- "No, it's read-only. 'Edit in the sheet' at the top right opens the tracker."
- "Who can see it?"
- "Password for now. The access list is coming: at most directors, VPs and above."
- "Why do some show as Defense project 01?"
- "Restricted work shows code names only. The details stay in the restricted register."
- "Can I sort it?"
- "Yes, click any column header."
